ESSENTIAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES and MEASURABLES:
ESSENTIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Ensure CORE VALUES are exemplified everyday by everyone.
- Proactively make decisions and lead staff to provide the highest level of Customer Satisfaction possible.
- Drive studio revenue through the implementation and execution of the company sales programs in new membership sales and renewal sales, daily sales activities, demo appointment goals and sales conversion goals.
- Achieve a studio minimum of 25 demo’s/week
- Achieve a studio minimum of 80% show rate/week
- Achieve a personal minimum of 50% close rate/month
- Proactively lead staff to achieve highest level of customer resigns.
- Monitor, maintain and address customer payments and membership obligations via Club Ready.
- Monitor and address revenue reports, attendance reports, customer task activities, prospect task activities, etc. via Club Ready.
- Directly participate in any and all outside Brand Awareness and Lead Generation activities.
- Promote/Create a desired work environment for all staff.
- Maintain a POSITIVE ATTITUDE at all times with clients and co-workers.
- Additional responsibilities and duties as needed.

- A Passion for helping others improve/enjoy life.
- MUST have College Level Anatomy & Physiology. Preferably BS in Exercise Science or like field of study.
- Ability to work independently &collaboratively with management, peers, and general public.
- Proven success in generating personal sales & manage revenue streams.
- Coaching and leading others to success.
- Solid writing and grammar skills.
- Highly organized, proficient in data and social media management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
